Fifteen years ago founder David Dayton or Double D as he prefers, a former military intelligence operative created Dayton International when he saw a growing trend in lucrative government and private contracts that needed to operate outside of official channels. Since then, this segment of private military has grown into dozens of organizations across the world.

Now, near retirement, Chairman Dayton sits on the board of Dayton International, a fast moving multinational company with assets in the hundreds of millions.

Rather than growing a broad base of military services, the agency has kept a narrow focus on specialized contracts dealing with intelligence gathering, intelligence dissemination, target acquisition and elimination.
Dayton International employs 5000 employees worldwide.
The overall structure of the company is a governing board of 12 members that oversee global operations, under them are directors and field operatives.

Headquartered in London, England the company has smaller offices in 10 major cities for the communications and infrastructure that operate smaller cell sites across the world.
